NDA 99th Annual Convention

Greetings from the Auxiliary to the National Dental Association

We are excited about the upcoming 99th Annual NDA convention. This will be the first time the National Dental Association, the Hispanic Dental Association and the Society of American Indian Dentist's will host a joint meeting.

It is our pleasure to welcome the spouses and children of these groups to join our family for the Auxiliary Spouse activities and Camp ANDA for children 5 - 17 years old  for a fun-filled week at Boca Raton Resort.

As in previous recent years early registration is strongly encouraged, on-site registration will be extremely limited. In an effort to make registration of all of our children more convenient we are offering a payment plan option. To take advantage of this option, see the Registration Form, first deadline is April 1, 2012. 

ANDA Scholarship Fundraiser

 This is our Annual Scholarship Fundraiser, scholarship recipients will be announced at the brunch. We are looking forward to an afternoon of meeting old friends, and making new ones. The Florida Planning Team has an afternoon of fun times in store just for you, be sure to get your ticket early, and at the same time support  the Auxiliary’s most important cause, helping minority  dental students. Please support ANDA's Annual Scholarship Fundraiser which provides financial resources for

minority dental school students. Invite your spouses, friends, and family to join us.

The brunch at Gulf Stream is very nice, offers multiple options, fruits, salads, seafood, lamb chops, prime rib, desserts, and more. All for only $65.00 per person.  For $15 more per person, guests may have unlimited Mimosas and Bloody Mary's. This is optional for each person.

Gulf Stream is situated on the Horse Race track, , a beautifully, lush setting with magnificence tropical views. The Casino offers 2 floors of non-stop games of chance - over 850 slot machines, electronic tables, and hi-stakes poker. The Village offers lots of shops in a small town open air style environment. 

Bus transportation is scheduled to board at 10:15 a.m.

and depart Boca Raton by 10:30 & return by 4:30 p.m.

The Palm Beach Tour

 Be sure to include in your plans, Monday afternoon when we will have a Palm Beach Experience. Our narrated bus tour will take us along South Ocean Boulevard, one of the most scenic streets in Palm Beach with its rolling waves, coconut palms and beautiful architectural homes.  The tour provides a fabulous look at Addison  Mizner’s Palm Beach. Mizner was Florida’s leading architect in the 1920’s. The tour includes the grand mansions in Palm Beach, Mar-A-Largo, the Woolworth Estate, Estee Lauder Estate, the Breakers Hotel, J. F. Kennedy’s church, Flagler Museum and the famous Worth Avenue.
